Scope of Work

Our services include full bathroom remodeling, covering demolition, plumbing fixture installation, electrical fixture installation, tile work, waterproofing, vanity and shower installations, and final finishing. Any additional work outside the standard scope will require a separate agreement.

Payment terms

A 50% deposit is due upon signing the agreement before work begins, 40% will be due upon reaching a specified milestone (such as tiling completion), and the final 10% is due upon project completion and client approval.

Payment Terms

Any modifications or additions requested by the client after work begins will be documented in a written change order. Changes may affect the timeline and cost, and additional costs will be agreed upon before work proceeds.

Warranties

We provide a one-year warranty on workmanship, covering defects in installation or materials provided by us. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer-supplied materials

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide site access during working hours, make timely material selections within agreed allowances (e.g., tile, vanity), and cover any cost difference if selections exceed the allowance. They will also remove personal items from the work area.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. 

By accepting our proposal or signing the contract, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
